Should you use a tongue brush?

Bottom line is yes, you should. If you care about your oral hygiene that is. Even if you aren't all super healthy crazy about all that, you should still know that brushing your tongue gets rid of about 90% of bacteria which can cause bad breath, which if you've ever smelt it, will be room enough to know you don't want to go there again.

If you are speaking to people in life, and have bad breath, you've just done everyone a great disservice. Simply brush your tongue and forget about that happening again.

There are different styles of tongue brushes, so you need to find out if you want a scraper, brush or cleaner. The scraper might be too much to start out on at first because it is kinda tough, but if you aren't worried about that then I say just go for it.

Brushing your tongue isn't some great thing you have to do every morning that takes 30 minutes. Spend 1 minute on your tongue each morning and you won't regret it for a second.

Don't think that brushing your teeth is going to be all you need to do. It simply doesn't work like that. Brush your tongue, get it done, lose the smell of onions the next day!

Many people I've talked to have said they aren't sure what type of tongue brush to get. I understand it might be overwhelming at first but it's really not that tough. Just get a brush, find the size that you think best suits your tongue. Tongue sizes are different, just think of Gene Simmons from KISS, you think he needs a normal sized tongue scrubber? Probably not.

Pick out the style, color and go for it. If you don't like it, they aren't so expensive that you will break your bank trying out a few.
